SHIPPING POLICY

 

Orders are typically shipped within 24 hours during business days. Although we do not accept rush orders, we make every effort to ship orders received before 9:00 a.m. the same day when stock is available.

 

We don’t offer pick-up orders.

 

We ship using FEDEX.

RETURN OR EXCHANGE POLICY

 

Please note that we do not accept returns or exchanges on thread, pre-wound bobbins, cones, cans, or other accessories. If there is an issue with your order, please contact us at info@isacord.ca and we'll be happy to help.

 

EXCEPTIONS:

Please inspect the products upon reception. If the items you received do not reflect your original order please contact us at info@isacord.ca within maximum of two days. We will make the necessary arrangements. We don’t accept returns or exchanges on clearance items.
