What happens after I place my order online?

After placing your order, you will receive a confirmation email. Within 1-2 business days, you will also receive a shipping confirmation.

Is it possible to place a rush order?

Typically, orders are shipped within 24 hours on business days. If we receive your order before 09:00 am, we can often ship it the same day.

We only accept orders placed online.

At this time, we only ship within Canada.

We are online store. We do not offer pick-up orders.

Can I add or remove items from my order after placed?

If your order is not prepared for shipping,  we can edit your order. Please send us email ; info@isacord.ca with the changes you like to make. We will edit your order and send you a confirmation and request for payment or a refund if needed.
